Bill Murray

Here's a pretty quick portrait of the brilliant Bill Murray for Caricaturama Showdown 3000 on Facebook. CS3K is a weekly, fun competition for caricature artists. For Murray, I tried to boil down his features into a simple style, hopefully making the caricature stronger by leaving out any unnecessary elements.

I originally did a few india ink studies which were a pretty good likeness, but reverted to digital inking to really get a clean rendering for the final version.
