Van Halen Angel Dude

Brand new artwork for an upcoming Drawing Book / Affectors exhibition "Inspired By Music"!  I chose to draw a homage to Van Halen's 1984 cover art, ageing the young angel to what I imagine he might look like now.  Please click for a closer look... While 1984 isn't my favourite VH album (that would have to go to VH I or II) I always loved the cheeky little cherub.  I've explained my thoughts and art-making process in this little video...
